What is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about life from a “Place of Grace?”
Some of the words and phrases that I think of are:
- A Divine State of Being
- Elegance
- Refinement
- Strength and Ability to Endure
- Forgiving Heart
- Standing in a Place of Being Without Judgment
- Self Love
- Gratitude for Your Blessings
As we process some of these thoughts and allow their energy to move within us, it will lead you on a path of shifting from a place of doubt, fear, lack, fault-finding, and unkind feelings into a vibration of allowing what serves you to step into your life experience. Many times in our lives we have experienced ourselves and others’ getting lost in anger for some of the most silliest things, only later to realize we could have made better choices in our words and emotions. Sometimes we just need to take a deep breath or even count to 20 before we get worked up over the little things. Being better in control of your emotions will lead you to the “Light of Grace.”
Benefits of Living in Grace
- Kinder State of Being
- Calm Emotions
- Your Energy Feeling Lighter
- Ability to Smile More Often
- Experiencing an Open Heart
Your ability to allow many challenging experiences to roll off your back and let them go will lead you to a stronger “Place of Grace.” Experiencing life from your soul as opposed to living from your physical aspect, moves you to “Grace.”
Think about looking into the eyes of a child and reflecting on the memory of your own inner child is a way of residing in a “State of Grace.”
There are times when you are out and about in the world when you are confronted with a person who is harsh either through body language or through their words. Make a choice to smile. You have no idea what they are going through. In doing so, you have shared the “Light of Grace” within you and strengthened your ability to “Live in Grace.”
When enough people stand in the “Power of Grace,” the “Vibrations of Grace” energetically travel around the world. In this way, we move into a place of love and acceptance of all people, animals, plants, nature, and our Earth.
