There is an old Zen Parable:
A student came to his master and said, “I am looking for the truth. Where should I begin?”
“The Master led the student to a still pond. “Drop a pebble in this pond,” he said. The student obeyed, and the water rippled. The master said, “Now look,” he whispered. Truth is what remains when the ripples settle. What we learn from this is, the goal is not to force the water to stop moving. The goal is to stop adding more pebbles, more distractions, more thinking, more frustrations, more chasing, and allow the soul-energetic system to settle into its natural pulse-vibration naturally.”
You will not only feel better you will remember-you, remember who you have always been before the noise, before the fear, before you were told it was necessary to earn your self-worth and before you pulled away and kept allowing yourself to be distracted which led you to feeling broken. Your energy, your power, this sacred energy current inside you, were never lost to the outside world. It has only been blocked from the lies you were told and your belief system leading you into situations that did not serve you well. Travel to the beat of your pulse…as the beat of your heart will never lead you astray.
Tune into your frequency, not anyone else’s frequency. Your nervous system is a powerful tool. You are meant to find your truth of who you are and remember. Trust in your inner guide, the Holy Spirit directing you. It will never steer you wrong. We don’t need life filled with more control or fear; we need a life filled with greater understanding. Know that there are no mistakes in life, there are many experiences showing up teaching us, awakening us, and guiding us along this journey called life to reach happiness, joy, and bliss.
Listen to your breath, your body, your energetic sensations and return to the rhythm of your heart, your song, the beautiful flow of all that you are. Become sensitive to the frequencies within you. When you let go of resistance and surrender, you awaken to the light within you and a wave of your energy moving in the direction of balance and harmony. Remember, you are on a journey in this life to uncover greater truths and it is important to allow all of you to flow in your search.
